Samuelson Eyecare Mission Statement
Seeing 20/20 is just the beginning at Samuelson Eyecare. We believe that clear vision starts with healthy eyes. Yearly eye examinations are an essential part of preventative health care and aids in the early detection of certain ocular diseases, such as: glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts.
Our doctors and staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality optometric care to adults and children in a friendly, comfortable and professional atmosphere. We believe that all people are individuals, which is why we will take the time to listen to you and provide the best visual solutions tailored especially for you.
ABOUT OUR OFFICE
Quality family eye care has been a part of Mount Horeb since the 1940’s. Dr Raymond Guenveur started the Optometry practice and took on a partner in 1964. His partner was Dr. D.H. Sutter.
Dr. Sutter practiced solo for a few years after Dr. Guenveur retired. In 1995, Dr. Steven Samuelson joined the practice as an associate. Dr. Samuelson’s wife, Dr. Lauren Ta, joined the practice in 1997. With Dr. Sutter being their mentor and friend, the husband and wife team took over the practice in 1998.
